Re kids heading the ball: cos I was (am) a big at lad I was always a defender, so from 8yo

I was the only big brave one that always headed the really heavy football that was launched by the goalies drop kicks and hoofing
I think I have permanent damage and am really glad youth football is taking the risks seriously
