If you think we will come straight back up then it's a 'cheap' gamble

...in case there are perks for next season's membership, particularly if an existing member that gets a discount on the cost.

Assuming a similar discount next time it's only £15 more to renew than to drop it and take it out next season.

If you think we'll flounder then yes, probably not that much point as demand will drop off.
