Some estate agents earn their fees by getting a better price

Sort of depends on the house etc, but estate agents are sales people that are good at making people think a house is in demand

So maybe a saving on fees, but do online get as good a price for the house? I don’t know the answer to that

I’ve only got experience of the traditional model
