It's great having all these promising youngsters in the team but they will need experienced players out on the pitch with them. Something I think we really missed this beginning of the season, more Prem experience and some mental fortitude, we are really missing a leader, like Holty!

We have Krul, Tettey and Pukki...Hanley when fit. None of those other than maybe Krul are in BGH mould. Next season I am sure some won't be here, we need to replace that experience
