I like him. It's obvious he knows stuff that's not yet in the public domain. I have no idea why he'd tease it, but it certainly doesnt cause me aggravation - if anything it is a nice bit of football titillation - harmless, and nearly always ends in an NCFC related announcement of some sort. What's not to like?
