crikey, done my first CFR shout this morning

approx two years since i saw a cardiac lad in norwich flat on his back, denim blue in the face he was and me really wondering how useful i was. So I done did the CFR training.

Finally got my first shout and this time it was amazeballs. no big deal really but 87 year old woman with breathing difficulties turned out she had AF and the ambulance fellers whisked her away to A&E but it was brilliant to be be a part of that and teamwork and whatknot and reassuring the relatives standard stuff, good shizz love it.

din't realise how much i missed that sort of high wired shizz, you know, teamwork and that. proper sense of purpose. really miss that shizz. Really recommend you give it a go.
