Location and infrastructure? We’re the only professional club in a county of around a million people, have a reputation for playing football the right way and have had near enough full houses for close to two decades - there’s no lingering debt and the training ground is up to scratch for a club our size at the moment.

Surely you can look at it and think with some investment could push on?
