its better than sulk, sulk, sulk and I’ve seen enough of

life just lately to know that losing your shot over football is plain daft. Doesn’t mean that I don’t hurt after a loss, I do but it’s just a measure of perspective. Besides, I love my club and admire it on so many levels. Firstly I feel it still belongs partly to me. Secondly it’s major owners feel like I do and don’t get their money from dubious Russian billionaires nor from dubious morally-corrupt middle-eastern countries. Thirdly my 88 year old mother listens from home to Radio Norfolk every time they play and never once does she give up on them. As Barrie (the guy who left £100 in his Will) is quoted as saying “supporting your team is like life, good times and bad times and you don’t give up during the bad times’. If that makes me a Happy Clapper then I’ll accept the term with pride.
