Usually these kind of players take a while to bed in.

He gets a chance to see how we play, and how he fits into that. We get the same.

If he is amazing he gets in the shop window and we get closer to survival.

If he does alright, we might get higher up in the list to take him on permanently, if it suits us both.

Far, far, far to early to be negative about it all.
