I know its just natural caution but i have this fear that the pitch has just completely

flattened out and they are going to chase it down!

They've got the time to do so. We need to be patient here, keep the scoring rate down and try and draw out the errors/use the odd ball that misbehaves. We sadly don;t have a spinner who is going to bowl them out in the way that someone like Swann might have done.
