Loaning out a lot of our 19/20 year olds.

Weaver said something recently didn’t he about how if your u18s abs u23s are winning all the time you are doing something wrong as it means players are not passing through so I think they would say they place more stock on how many first team/saleable players they produce rather than results.

Whether that’s the correct approach I don’t know!
