Maybe I am getting the wrong end of he stick but...

I don't think many will leave until the end of next season.

My perception of this season's transfer strategy is effectively an agreement/understanding between the club and the players.

We will not make significant changes to the team, put our trust in them and give them a premier League season.

To reciprocate this trust / opportunity, the team would all sign long term contracts with the understanding that if we were relegated they would play in the championship next season.

Minimal investment in new players but retain the team personell - and manager - for two whole seasons.

Now, obviously there will be some necessary changes. Klose back to Switzerland, Fahrmann loan ends, etc. I just don't see us selling for financial reasons because the decision to not spend for the prem season means we have enough cash to not sell if relegated.
