In this stuff we HAVE to trust the management team

To know who has the temperament to stay and fight - and who would be toxic in the dressing room.

They'd definitely be a fair bit of churn, but if its done well it can be constructive too. Let's be honest we've got a set up which is now proven to be good for young players careers (maddison /murphs) along side all the current guys.

We should be able to attract the ambitious - and that should continue to be our long term plan. Feathering them in at a steady pace rather than in lumps.
