And I will continue to give the other side purely in the
interest of balance. Many sides with money have been relegated from the Premier league. NO teams without money have established in the Premier league. Money doesn't guarantee anything but it gives you a competitive chance. Norwich are trying to compete while handcuffed and their ankles tied together.
