if they are able to measure offside decisions by a *unit* then we need to know

a)what that unit is and b)

b) what/how much of a tolerance+/- of said unit is for scientific armpit decisions

fyi, i think pukki's ghoal should have of stood only because when i was brought up the attacking team where supposed to be given the benefit of the doubt but until they sort out the +/- tolerance the suck it UP
