It’s really reminding me of the season before last. There was lots to be frustrated about

but I was enjoying watching us play and score goals at home. It was a young new team and they showed the following season they could learn and excel.

Now I’m not stressing about where we are in the table I’m also enjoying the beautiful bits of footy. Of course the losing is awful but what’s made me feel more positive is that we seem to be playing better - much more like last season’s team. I hope they just keep working on this and don’t get too down. In fact a good trick would be to do what teams who are already relegated do, and start winning, just do it a few months early.

Sheff U have had a fantastic season, but they are a few seasons on in their journey compared to us. They are much more like the Lambert team that evolved from playing together in L1. Hope we get the chance to see this team develop before the panic sets in as I really think they can learn. 🤞
