I do struggle to buy in to all these 5, 7 etc year plans.

Like under Mcnally's 7 year plan we overachieved with Lambert but ultimately it counted for f**k all and we struggled financially so it only takes one mistake and a couple of dodgy years and we are back in the s**t again. We have had what 5 seasons out of 9 in the prem and seem no better off than when we started.
