& in the meantime he'll spend like mad on the NHS (good luck weaponising that in 5 years) & on various northern projects .... all of which might of course go completely belly up (not to mention "events" in the meantime) - but he's planning to destroy the Left's usual grounds for complaint, and change the landscape for ever - and it's by no means impossible to believe he might succeed
