It's already great as far as I'm concerned.

Not perfect by a long shot but still great. Speaking to a guy from Birmingham yesty who was from Bulgaria who bought a phone off of me said he'd been here for 5 years and he said like everyone else I've spoken to (from Europe I grant you) how lucky we are to live here. Big thing seems to be government corruption abroad. But best yourself up about Britain if it helps today.
