R5 had an interesting section this - worth a catch up

I suspect the bigger spending clubs will continue pushing for a PL2, which would alleviate their short term problems but just kick the can down the road or push the pressures further down the pyramid.

Would be interesting to see whether we would want to be part of it or if Delia would prefer to be out of that rat race.
