And that’s before you get onto the Chief Rabbi, the Jewish Chronicle etc etc.

I feel super uneasy about brushing it aside and telling them it’s all in their heads. It feels like white people telling black people that there isn’t *really* racism in their workplace because not all the black people are complaining.
