It’s not just about the money though is it. That’s part of it. My point is more

The genuine desire to do what we can to stay there. It doesn’t exist in the sane way it goes at other clubs. They sack their manager because of it. They do whatever they can to prevent relegation.

We just shrug our shoulders and give them a standing ovation after another pathetic relegation because is is now engrained into our psyche that we are exceeding expectations and relegation is just par for the course and acceptable.
