It was always going to be a struggle not spending.

Do Sheffield have rich owners? Otherwise how can they afford to spend 40 million on players. I know we cannot compete with the top 6-8 but we had 3 seasons in the prem followed by another under Alex Neil and it doesn't seem to have helped at all.
