Despite what over-excited commentators would have you believe, the likes of Messi and Ronaldo never ever do anything that 'no-one else could do'. Watch any goals round-up and it's pretty common to see players score goals as good as anything those players could do, often in Leagues One or Two. What sets those players apart is the frequency i.e. consistency with with they are able to do such things. Same with teams - all teams can do very good things (and very bad things) - it is the consistency of doing the good things rather than bad ones that makes teams good.
