The video I've seen shows four or five people wrestling the bloke... one moves away with a

knife in his hand (which he has obviously removed from the suspect) then two armed officers arrive over the barrier... the first few people remove them self from the melee, leaving the single guy who then is pulled off the suspect and then the suspect is shot. I won't post a link to video but I'm sure it'll be all over media soon enough.
