In any case, outside the top 8 there is really no such thing;
Stoke - 9 seasons in PL, but only after a 20+ season absence
Swansea - 7 seasons in PL, but previous 'tenure' was early 1980s
Bournemouth - 5 seasons in PL, 90+ outside top flight
Wolves - since 1983 had only 6 top-flight seasons
