the vet suspected it might have been as injury not consistent with vehicle knack

stripping of skin and flesh but no abrasions which she said she would expect to see if the cat had been run over. i rung the rspca but they weren't arsed as they had no "basis of proof" other than my opinion. i went to speak to the bloke but his wife said he was very ill and didn't want to speak to me. poor old puss she really didn't deserve the tail dockage.
