quite possibly, that ship has long since sailed now though so i won't bother

enviromental beauracracy surrounding waste disposal and licences are absolutely ridiculous these days, gone are the days where you could pump millions of gallons of toxic farm effluent straight into the river or ding spent nuclear waste into landfill, they've tightened right up on it now so margins are squeezed and there's no dollar in it unless you can specialise like clinical waste or carbon neutral recycling and that takes massive investment. i really can't be faffed to go to those lengths just to sit in a dull as ditchwater hermetically sealed soulless greenhouse above the riverend.
