Probably never needed to be inspiratioal before.

In past seasons we had strong characters in the dressing room wo would have lifted team ie Iwan , Malkay, Holt etc.
New players are probably only now adapting to that role, my guess would be Hooze as a strong character in the dressing room..... maybe its all starting to fall into place?
