I think there is the potential to create a sensible system where you reduce the constituencies a little so those with the majority always end up in Parliament, then have a number of 'nomadic' MP's that are allocated based on the % of the vote to get as close to the PV as possible.

We need to find a way to allow people to make their voices heard in the safe seats.
