The line in tennis is static (and is a definite marked line that the cameras can be aligned with) and everything is fully automated.
Here all the players involved are actually moving and the instant the ball leaves the players foot is uncertain. And the lines are drawn by some bloke dragging them to where he thinks they should go on a computer monitor.
