Confidence is such a key thing with young players

Once we got going last year we could see what players we had. Now premier playing teams regularly we can see the gulf and it gradually saps the confidence of those young players. I would suggest that we need to just keep on going and hope that the confidence comes back and the injury list improves. It was always a big ask but just imagine if we didn’t have Krul. It might be worth using our more experienced players and giving some of the younger ones a break. It’s tough to keep losing every week esp after last season. Let’s hope Farke keeps his nerve as previously it’s the key.
