If McLean isn't willing to stand in the circle he can f**k off

The reason we can't get the ball forward is because he is never open for a pass and the only time that he is he doesn't then move into space for a return.

Oh and the fact he's constantly trying to slow the tempo when we actually need to move it quicker.
