I wish they wouldn't put olives in their empanadas

and they usually overdo the onions badly, though perhaps those on the market are better than the domestic average.

personally I like Bolivian salteƱas a lot more, though sadly I don't think there are any on the market. They have a wider range of tastier ingredients (spicy chicken for example) and the dough is much lighter and nicer. I usually end up throwing away the last few bits of chilean empanadas
