I am sure (but can;t find the link) that we got out of that tax bill (or some of it) but

yes they were saying they had a £10m tax bill to pay at one point.

As a basic point Companies get taxed on their profit so yes if we show a big profit in our accounts then we presumably have to pay corporation tax on it.
