It's not her fault, it's just that she doesn't have the requisite funds to move us on.

And before anyone cites Fulham et al I can cite Leicester, Bournemouth, and even clubs like Chelsea and Man city weren't up to much till their owners came along. The only issue I have is she has stated categorically she will not sell and pass into her nephew Tom.
