You get in when it's a monkey bath, sit there until it goes a bit chill, let out half the

water, and refill with the hot tap until it is again monkey, or at least near-monkey. Get out before it gets too not-warm. You will need at least one cup of tea, preferably you'll have someone about that can bring you a second. Or beer/wine/cider. Whatevs

This is my post-marathon bath technique, and it is *flawless*
