Beats me

It can spell and it has a hard edge of anger/contempt to it. Many years ago that might have pointed at duke of York or Norway but they’ve both mellowed out and I’m sure it’s not them.

Could be a Bucks? But that degree of venom not really his style. Could be the same person as does Boris and Dumpling? But I’ve got no idea who they are either.

Basically this is too many words saying “I don’t know”.
