would it beyond the wit of boffins to invent a C02 tracker for fitting in lorries?

entering the uk just before they are sealed in bonded warehouses at the point of departure, they could sense any increase in C02 levels inside the shipping container/reefer and create alerts via statelite technologys to the border plods. sort it out boffins. if anyone off of here nicks this idea and makes a gazillion pounds i want 51%. cheers.
