Last summer there was an unusual game bird on our hill in Scotland
This led to a discussion about what it was - I was pretty confident that it was tetrao tetrix but they’re rare these days and I hadn’t seen one since I was a teenager so I then google image searched “blackcock” ...
You can’t unsee that.
