Kills hedges and plenty of other stuff....

Is the plant or hedge looking ropey?..my hedge stopped growing and went powdery white where it had died back,had to let the ivy grow instead to keep a natural Barrier...once it was in the hedge it’s a gonner basically,if it’s a a small area you can isolate,take every thing away and burn it,then get some decent topsoil in and replace as much of the original as you can...then cross you fingers......or crazy paving,birdbath..jobdone.
