Electrician Plumber HELP

We are having an extension done. Electrician needs to bond the stopcock but I can’t find it. I live in a ex MOD House and isn’t under sink. Any ideas?

Can’t you ask a neighbour presumably all the houses in the area would have the same entry

Maybe at the front of the drive near the meter? Cupboard under stairs ?
