Alarm went off at 05:30

Had a wee, shave and shower
Got dressed
Took Freddie Fenton for a trot around the block
Went to work
Did work
Had lunch: porridge, Pom bears, Apple, narna, brunch bar, yoghurt
Did more work
Came home
Had vegetable lasagne, salad, French stick followed by a strawberry mousse
Took Freddie Fenton for a longer trot around the block
Tidied up
Got changed into shorts and tee shirt
Sat down
Watching news and wrathing
