we tweak the rifle range a little and call it the trifle range and serve bespoke takeaway trifles out of the window. take the whole trifle genre to the next level with liver and macaroni trifles, cheesy peas trifles et and the piece de resistance could be an elaborate three tiered affair that we could dubb the trifle tower
