I can totally get it.

I have people work for me for 5 years plus and we get on as good as my friends but as Webber said, I'd never invite them to my house or talk about really personal things like I would to my friends.
Luckily I've never had to sack anyone but I've had to pull them up on things and in some cases bollock them!
