Driven loads of times on the right when abroad and never really found it an issue.

The odd occasion where you approach a roundabout and momentarily forget to look the right way first but personally have never had an accident!

If you’ve got the time/money to do the trains then great but it can be an expensive way to get around over here. All depends where you need to go though!
