used to make my own sourdough, but my (self-started, from the air!) starter died when I broke my wrist a while back. (It didn't die out of sympathy - I stopped feeding it.)

Buy lovely sourdough now. Which is much nicer than anything I ever made. But that has inspired me - might start up production again...
