It's a hurricane .

(But isn't called that 'cos of where it is.) I think at times you just have to accept that weather > sport. (And moving a game to another part of Japan at the last minute would hardly help the fans. And would be pretty chaotic.)

I've got decent faith that if the Japanese can't get the game on, no-one could.
