Haven’t been to a match abroad for a while, personally.

I really enjoyed Ajax, Atletico (old stadium), Hamburg, and Lyon. Hamburg also have a new stadium now, and are also in the 2. Bundesliga, otherwise I’d recommend it straight away. The derby against St Pauli looked pretty spicy the other day though. Never been to a game in Italy, I’d think Fiorentina would be a good one.
