When he was made redundant it was mainly because they realised that they could get young upstarts on a pittance of a wage to take photos of giant cheque presentations with their iPhones and knock up a few words at the same time. In all honesty it made financial sense -and they were really not bothered about quality. Simon now is freelance, works half the time, earns twice as much and does so much work for Archant Dialogue and Digital! Foals that they are.
